NSCDC arrest KAM Industry's truck carrying vandlaised railway slippers in Kwara

As part of efforts towards combating economic sabotage in the country, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) have arrested a truck fully loaded with vandalised rail slippers in Kwara State. 

The truck with plate number KTU 279 XR (Lagos), was arrested at Oko-Olowo area along Ilorin/Jebba Express way

Documents attached to the items shows that the items are to be delivered at KAM IND NIG LTD,, Ilorin, Kwara State. The driver has confessed where the consignments are going with documents as evidence

It would be recalled that the Federal Government through the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) has declared vandalisation of government infrastructure as a criminal offence against the nation.

The redeployed Acting Zonal Director of EFCC- Effa Imoh Okim Chief Bishop Omogiade Enoyiogiere Edokpolo- BHSF Chairman The Business and Hoteliers Stakeholders Forum (BHSF) has applauded the EFCC Chairman- Ola Olukoyede for redeploying the Acting Zonal Director- Effa Imoh Okim from Edo State , saying  it has long be the prayer of business owners and hoteliers in the State.
