By Isaac Eranga Ahead of Edo State Governorship election scheduled for 21st September, 2024, the Odionwere and Elders of Obayantor 1 has called on the Inspector General of Police, Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki to come to their rescue over alleged criminal activities being perpetrated by non Indigene that poses security threats to the peaceful existence of the community. This was made known in a Press Release signed by the Odionwere, Pa. Daniel Iyamu Emopkae and Elder Godwin Aghimien and made available to journalists in Benin City while calling on perpetrators to vacate the community.
