Mrs. Habiba Barbara Sam of the Akwa-Ibom State owned Newspaper- The Pioneer, has been elected Chairperson of the National Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), Edo State chapter. She's replacing the immediate past Chairperson- Adesuwa Ehimuan of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, Bronze FM.  The immediate past Secretary, Barbara Sam has been a selfless committed member of NAWOJ and actively participated in all her activities. This to many of her peers, won her the leaders endorsement for the position of Edo NAWOJ Chairperson.
